Refund policy

Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods and food items.
  • Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Clearance or promotional items, unless defective.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging for verification.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
