Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Delivery Time

  • UAE Deliveries: 1–5 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, where available.

Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
